String to Color 0.1.1 script details The String to Color jQuery plugin is very easy to use and can convert any inputted text into a simple hex code which can then be applied as a text color or background color for another page element.
The plugin can be used to create random colors based on the text found in a page section (title, headline, subtitle, author name, specific term, category, tag, etc.).
On its own the plugin is nothing that impressive, but integrated with themes, add-ons, plugins, modules, components, etc. can be a very impressive feature for your application.
